I think they will ask you for the VIN# of the bike to check if the recalls already been done or not by the previous owner. I hope that they cover it if it hasn't been done.

Call Kawasaki Canada, the head office. Provide the VIN number. They'll verify if the work has been performed or not. Any Kawasaki dealer will do the recall work at no charge.
