I just called www.niagarapower.com and they only use their dyno for their engine builds now.

Jagz Repairs in Niagara on the Lake, our section of the CMVG (Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group) holds a couple of dyno days there every year. Jim does a ton of bikes and you can usually book him for a Saturday morning.
