Shame deals like this for <250cc DS don't come up more often.

Edit: with that in mind, guess I'll post this find:
1999 (or 1995?) XT 350, 22000km, needs brakes & front turn signal, $1500 OBO: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-dirt-bikes-...bo/1354915408?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
For the XT, Only complete bikes listed within 100km of me is 350s from 1993-2001 for $1500-$2700 or a New 2018 250 for $5813+HST & Licencing (Vos Motors), $5349 MSRP not including freight, PDI or taxes & subject to change (Palmerston Motorsports Inc) or $5793 + HST+Licence (Apex Cycle)

If you're looking at new, the Yamaha XT is overpriced IMO. The Honda CRF250L and Kawasaki KLX250 (2018 model) are both liquid-cooled and fuel-injected. The KLX has adjustable suspension. Both are only $200 - $300 more than the XT MSRP, but are much more modern bikes.

Edit: Just checked the Honda site, and the 2017 CRF250L has a $500 discount, making it cheaper than the Yamaha XT. https://motorcycle.honda.ca/model/dirtbikes/dualsport/crf250l/2017
