What did you do to your Race/Track Bike today - 2014

I added a "new to me" bike to my stable ... BMW S1000RR for the track. Headed for Jennings GP tomorrow. On track sat, sun and mon. Now I can switch back and forth between he S1KR and the Daytona 675R

The old girl has been curing like a fine wine for a couple of years. Needs some tlc before it hits the track this season.

Today I installed a new air filter, put on a spare front rim to give the calipers something to hold in preparation for bleeding, check the dented tank for leaks, sanded the cracked paint on the tank and clear coated over it.
 
Hung up several years worth of roadracing plaques on the wall behind the bike's winter parking spot.
 
Head is off.

Next:
- Remove the valves
- Have it machined (removing 15 thou)
- Epoxy the intake runners, clean up the exhaust ports
- Re-install with 0.55mm HG and APE manual CCT
- Degree cams
- Install Kit ECU and harness then take bike to Corndog for some dyno time and ECU set up.
