Officer's notes - wrong colour

Just to clarify a couple things:
- I was pulled over in my car, not bike.
- I am not white.

Regarding silver vs. gold, I will definitely try to pursue this angle. But as a couple people have mentioned, silver could be mistaken for gold under yellow streetlights. Personally, I would not be surprised if the JoP lets it slide.
 
But how else are we to learn how to

crash six times,
get a ticket every couple of years
learn that riding in all black gear on a black bike will make you less visible and therefore less likely to get hit????
all cops, lawyers, judges, EMS, firefighters... oh hell EVERYONE is a liar... EXCEPT 2WET

I do however drive a gold(Old Man Gold) charger and got the odd couple of tickets with the car. The actually paint colour is called White Gold and the insurance company has labeled the car as White. I tried to argue the call of the car once the court date had arrived, and this did not work. The JoP looked at why the car was called white and not gold or yellow on my insurance. So I actually almost got a second ticket but did not in the end. I paid my fine for the speeding ticket and cried my whole way home.
