Careful in PN; deer a-plenty!

This happened in front of me coming around a corner on 666 in PN earlier today.

Luckily I was going slow (roughly the speed limit or slightly higher) because I was 2-up with the wife and had fully loaded cases on the Wee-strom. (this video has been slowed down from 30fps to 10fps)

little buggers, could of made for a rough tumble, and not just one of them would be hard to avoid them at high speed.

Four of us on kettle creek road on tuesday. first driver scared the deer. he moved but couldnt make the steep embankment, fell back down on too road and and was hit and killed by secong rider . managed to reduce speed before impact and kept it upright. bike jumped a foot in the air. no damage to bike other than his time picking out hair and skin from the underside.
went down a section of zoar road which is technically closed... in 5 miles came up on 6 different deer just standing on road.
some roads squirrels dont even know your coming or too busy munching on a nut while you zoom by.
careful!

And watch out for suicidal chickens:

This happened near Weedville, maybe on Mt Zion Rd. or Gray Hill Rd., and yeah, I meant PA not PN... my mistake.

On the 321 outside of Zane I had one trying to pace me down the side of the road that decided to cross once it ran out of steam trying to keep up early this afternoon
