There's bound to be a couple in Horseheads or Ithaca, probably a couple seedy ones along the highway that won't appear online
"The Best American Inn" or something similar is located in Painted Post, I'm being told it's nice for under $70. No idea how my roommate knows that, but he's the NASCAR junkie
