This place is only special because some dude decided that it was the border for four states. NOTHING to see there. I should have never gotten off the Wheelieboy route =))

The Mulholland. A pic that makes sense only to the motorcycle world lol
It's quite an uphill here surprisingly, which you never get the impression from the videos.

Some little town along the coast, where I had dinner on my way to San Francisco. 2mins off the Pacific Coast Highway

More to come? ;-)

SF Bay - Bay Bridge

Golden Gate Bridge.
I met a local here right after taking the picture, who turned out to be high on Meth later on. I took the advantage lol and asked him to give me a 5-min summary of SF. He probably gave me a 15-min history of SF, and told me that I had to check out Mt. Tamalpais, where the road up to the mountain was all curvy and motorcyclists and bicyclists loved it. He also said that there was a beach on the other side of the mountain after coming down. He gave me directions and everything, so I decided to check it out. It was truly EPIC. The best roads I've been on.
Pics to follow in a few hrs.

When the road ends in the park, it's footwork to the top.

Stinson beach, on the other side of the Mt. Tamalpais.

Pacific Coast Highway, from Stinson Beach, back to Golden Gate.
The clouds rush from the ocean to the mountain pass, then raise and go over the road, then drop back again onto the other side of the mountain.

S1000RR that broke the world speed record in ASPN 1000 category. They held the record for only 20mins, but the team was still very happy lol
I wasn't there to witness the runs - I missed them by few hrs apparently.

lol! I dont think my route included 4 corners, but I also went there since the sign said it was only 20 miles off my route.

Disappointment as well...just a plaque to see, and native indian booths all around to sell you local stuff. At least I got to try frybread.

That's brave lol
Things & food, got a lot dirtier in Arizona and Nevada =)

I was going to take a pic for what's inside the luggage when I got home, but figured I shouldn't share my dirty undies here =)

My backpack's contents:
- 4x undies
- 4x socks
- 4x t-shirts
- 2x shirts
- Base Layer top and bottom (UA 3.0)
- 1 jeans
- 1 pair of casual shoes
- 1 pair of flip-flops
- Rain gear top and bottom (Frog Toggs)
- Water-proof shoe sleeves
- Deo, cologne, toothbrush/paste, q-tips, shampoo + conditioner, face-scrub, razor, box of ear-plugs
- Charger for phone and laptop, GPS power cable, extra in-ear headphones
- Arm-watch
- Macbook Pro 13''
- Can of chain lube
- Bunch of garbage bags, various sizes for waterproofing both in and outside of luggage.

That covers it all I think =)

What did I forget to pack ?

A sweater, that covers the neck. That is something I really make use of in the winter. And I rode at 6c all day long in Colorado during this trip.

I missed some good roads, was planning to go up Yosemite but there is a forest fire. Missed Million Dollar Hyw. due to time and Thunderstorm in the area.

Same here. There are too many places to cover in short periods of time.

At the same time, all those places you miss, are the motivation for the next trip =) That's how I was able to pass by the entrances of bunch of national parks without entering.

Just looking forward or not to the one week trip from Denver to Toronto. My bike is resting in Colorado while im back at work :)
Beartooth, black forest and badlands +
prairies :(
