While that is a 2016, it's the old 865cc air cooled model.
Bigpoppa referred specifically to Brembos and Öhlins, which are only found on the new for 2016 1200cc liquid cooled R model.
And to avoid any confusion, there were actually three MY 2016 versions of the Thruxton. One 865 and two 1200s.

When I clicked the link, it was for sale by sealed-bid auction with no reserve bid mentioned. I didn't see anything about a $3,000 pricetag. Neglected for 8 years, with no ownership, I'd agree that it shouldn't be worth much
