Fade is good. One is good too but I don't really like the guitar tone on that whole album (yes, gear head checking in). For Whom the Bell Tolls is another favorite of mine BTW.

As cool as Metallica is though this is probably my favorite thrash band (Jeff Waters is my hero, and he's Canadian too!):

Wow i've never heard their stuff before, their music is awesome but is there a mute button for the vocalist? They should do something about that...

There is a different vocalist on practically every other album. Not really a huge fan of the new guy either but he's kind of grown on me. Annihilator have been around for like 25 years! The band is pretty much Jeff Waters and whoever he feels like hiring to sing and play other instruments at the time. Brilliant riffs and music, though the lyrics can be quite juvenile.

And as for AE...they used to be my favorite band.....probably seen them live about 5-6 times. The last time was in April in Australia:

I hope you dont hold it against me if i choose to be super jealous :p AE and as i lay dying are the only metal bands i've heard live that sound as good as they do on CD. Seen two other favourites, bodem and LOG live as well and thought they both sounded terrible.
 
And by far the best...nobody is even close.
