HOOKEY RIDES will be posted on random days depending on the weather...

Welcome to the HOOKEY RIDES.....

Our mix of riders usually meet up on Wednesdays.

Destination: head north on some country roads, lunch and back home by 4:00pm.

Usual spot...

Meet up: Timmies Kingston rd. (Hwy 2) just east of Port Union (south side)

Time: 8:00 am head out 8:15

Arrive: - full tank - empty bladder.

Destination: Lake Simcoe, Port Perry , Coburg etc...(where ever the wind takes us)??

Had a blast riding yesterday, anyone up for a couple of hours riding friday July 8th 2:00 pm.Port Union and Lawrence area. PM me by 2:00 if interested. Stouffeville and back?

Clearly I'm not giving enough notice....

Buzzed up to Stouffeville and back before rush hour traffic.

Who is up for a ride...say next Wednesday??? July 13th to where ever the wind blows.

Scarborough to Sutton for lunch, back in Toronto by 3:00??

250cc friendly Yes...I won't be racing

Scenic - yes...drive along Lake Simcoe shoreline

Stop for pictures (anytime)...and lunch up there somewhere.

Wednesday JULY 13 - playing Hookey ride.

Relaxed pace

All welcome

Noob friendly


Meet Timmies Kingston rd. (Hwy 2) just east of Port Union (south side)9:00 am head out 9:30.

- drive south shore of lake Simcoe
- lunch wherever
- back in the City by 3:00.

- as many stops as needed.

- the pace will be speed limit (more or less).

Forgot about rush hour...

What time works better? My middle name is "flexible" - am playing HOOKEY and have to be back before I turn into a pumpkin.

Well rush hour dies down around early 10ish i'd say. How about sometime during that time?

I'm ok for a 10:00 am meet up? Same place, back before 3:00.

Enjoy, now too late for me, got to be back in town by 1:30 PM the latest.

How about meeting up at 9:30 but more toward Lake Simcoe, say at Buttonville Airport or Famous Sams at 9:30 with a 10:00 depart. The roads have been quiet with school on break and all the people on vacation. Was downtown yeaterday and iit felt like a Sunday morning drive down the DVP at 9am.

Sweet:) I'll disregard the PM from Seabreaze with the time change then.

Shushi and I will prob be early but at least not stressed out from traffic:D
