Been a forum member for some time. I actually don't remember if I made an intro topic yet - my iphone app says I haven't participated in any threads though so I'm assuming no.

I live in Vaughan (Weston/Rutherford). Have about 300km clocked on my first bike, an ebony Ninja 300. Sorry I can't keep up with you rr's and litres :p but I must say this little machine has a lot more power than I expected. Been lurking for some time so I guess this is more of a formality.

Used to do group rides with a bunch of adrenaline junkies 10 years ago, but would like to turn things down a notch or two - still appreciate a brisk ride, but a little more sensible. (Without the crashes or the roadside chats with the local constabulary.) Not quite cruiser or Harley sensible, but I have an extensive collection of great routes and roads in the Kawarthas and Muskokas that need to be revisited and I'm looking for like minded people within 50 km of Port Hope.

Finally decided to check the board out looking for places to ride. I'm on a 2005 FZ6 here in Hamilton. I started riding 35 years ago on a Z50, first street bike was a SP125, quit riding after that was stolen, finally got back on a VStar 650 a few years back (got bored on that real fast) and now I've been on my FZ6 for about 5 years and love it! I've also got 1979XS650 I'm rebuilding, but, that's another story. Next bike: FJR1300!
