Saw a crew on the 401 west bound yesterday (Dixie/410 area) doing some spectacular high speed wheelies. Couple of girls were in the group including one rider with what seemed to be a kid or small adult hanging on.
My son thought it was the coolest thing, my wife was cringing and I am thinking are these GTAM Members/Riders?

Inferno is the new GTAM P.I.M.P.
oh well if one wants to pull a wheelie on the 401, better them than me. Retarded or just wanna get hurt, again, better them than me
Wheelies on the 401, oh wow! I never get to see that kinda stuff outside of Youtube
I wonder if they are aware that the entire length of the 401 across the GTA is continuously monitored on video ...
And yes, I've seen an OPP stealth car going very fast without lights a couple minutes after having someone blow past me. Take one guess how the OPP found out that they had an extreme speeder on the road ...
when i'm riding my bike and i see people doing those things. I usually slow down and get away from them. if cops see's you near them, they might think you're a part of their crew and give you all tickets.
Next bike?

Personally, I think Wheelies are cool, but as the OP saying the description of a small child(?) on the back? I question their common sense.
For those who are just doing wheelies in general, please be careful. If you are caught doing this, your license will be revoked, and you will be charged as a dangerous driver. I have come across a few people who have been caught, revoked and charged.
"OMG~ You're so short! How do you get on that bike?"
"Simple, I hop on."
These idiots pulling stunts on public roads are the reason the rest are having hard time with the police. Stunting laws and 50 over laws, you can thank them.
1, wheelies are kinda neat, I'll admit.
2, if these guys wanna do them on public roads, go for it.
Just takes a few more hazzardous riders off the road.

GEAR - some people ride with it, some people don't. It's time to accept this fact and move onto more pressing preaching.
HID's - your crappy install is blinding and annoying everyone else - not to mention putting yourself in some degree of danger.
Can we make a category called, "My skills suck, lemme tell you why.." forum?

There is a time and a place for everything. 401 with cars/police/cameras/cell phones around is not the place.
Keep the front wheel in the air and the shiny side up.
