The same as for any other minor without a collision... In the $500 ballpark.

Worth it in the long run. Even if it cost you a little more to have them help.

Don't waste your money. You can do all the work yourself. Either a plea to a lower speed, which is what your agent will do anyways. Or the cop may not show. So save your money and do it yourself. Ticket agents are a scam

Obviously you have NO idea what Redline is. They will not plea down...

I've used Redline before and would recommend them to anyone.

Depending on the case against you....all agents will try to work out the best outcome for their client. If they see a flaw in the officers disclosure they will try to fight it....but in most cases take the easy way out and plea down to 10 over and in their case that counts as a win for them.....don't waste your money......

In most speeding cases all the agent can do is attack the officers training or testing of the equipment and if the officer did his work properly most JP's will convict unless their is a strong Charter issue ....Like delays or ignored requests for disclosure....

    Here's how my case went...
-Brought over the ticket, sat down with Forch
-Since it would have been my first minor conviction and due to my circumstances, in addition to the cop being reputed as a known scripter, he recommended that I save the $500 and just pay the ticket
-I wanted my record clean so I told him that I'd like for them to do whatever they can to get it off my record
-A year later they called me to tell me that the crown had a prima facie case and no chance of 11b. They got the cop to slip up on the stand and that my ticket has been thrown out
    -Money well spent

Re: got my first one the other night!

I guess there are reasons why, but I dont get how you can be caught speeding and then get off completely......... pleaing down is a waste of time, if its a minor conviction the insurance company doesn't care, a 10 over is the same as a 35 over. Its a minor. But getting off completely... nice.

    Any others get off completely?

It depends on the evidence used against you. Did he calibrate his equipment properly? Did he use it properly? Was there another factor that could have affected the operation of the equipment? In my case, the evidence was pacing, and while this one's the hardest to beat, his original claim for the pacing distance was fairly outrageous, so he might have given them an opening. I didn't attend as one of the reasons why I hired Redline was that I didn't wanna miss work to go to court
