Caught doing 40 over on Radar

i was with a friend heading back on the 401 and was pulled over by a undercover cop car the officer caught her on radar. She received two tickets one for 40 over and one for a passenger in the back not wearing a seat belt. I gave her the number for redline but i was wondering is this fightable if its on radar?

of course..everyone that gets pulled is radared..just fight it, and it will most likely get dropped significantly.

Was the passenger in the back under the age of 16? If not, that person should have received the ticket, not the driver.

since when does one receive a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt on a bike, is the cop retarded...jk...lol...
