Tony at Bluestreak Racing another A++ experience

I bought some stainless steel brake line off Tony recently and have been having trouble bleeding my brake. After numerous calls to Tony giving me advice and tips and techniques he offered I bring the bike in for him to look at. Tony and I spent about 3 hours trying to get the damn thing bled but my M/C was pooched.

I really appreciated the time spent by tony. Not only that he wasn't happy with the length of my brake line, so he changed it out and adjusted it for me. And the nice guy didn't charge me a cent for all his help.

Big props to you Tony!!

BTW the brakelines are a very good deal there I got front and rear.

+1, Tony got me a great deal on 6 Duro tires earlier in the spring and he didn't mind opening up after hours, when I finally showed up to pick them up.

Yep, crazy props for Tony. Everytime I e-mail, he gets right back. I mean I've e-mailed at like 11PM AND HE REPLIES!! WTF is that about??

I've also gone out to his shop in Embro due to an issue with my Woodcraft stator cover. Not only did he give me a replacement slider, he himself drilled out the old one, cleaned it and re-installed the replacement.

In this day and age, that level of service is rare. I will ALWAYS go to bluestreak first and there is always a bluestreak sticker on my trackbike.

I just bought Forcefield T PRO 4 protector from him online.
He was very responsive and shipped it quickly.
Even gave small discount when I complained about the tax

I am not sure if anyone else stocks that protector around here,

Considering nearly EVERYONE has a 'price match' or 'low price guarantee' nowadays, it's else Tony offers that keeps his customers comming back. Tony offers incredible customer support and customer service. He genuinely does everything in his power to take care of his customer. I would NEVER hesitate to deal with Tony.

I got this impression and level of service from Tony on my first purchase (frame slider). The level of service did not change on any of my future purchases no matter how big or small.

Shabammy picked up a new set of low profile spools from Bluestreak. Or since they came all the way from the UK I guess they call them Bobbins...lol. Due to them coming direct shipping was done in a timely manner and communication was top notch.
