To the squid i saw this morning riding westbound on the 401 at nielson, i think it was a newer suzuki gsx650 or something along those lines... You look like a tool!!!!
This guy had short shorts on, runners with white tube shocks, a under armour t shirt and a spine protector! Apart fron the obvious disregard for your body, you look pretty ridiculous!! Good job buddy!

More importantly, I detest, such riding as much as you do, but that's all we can really do about it .... sadly.

Ya I know I'm opening myself up to being labelled as a pu$$y, but honestly it was scary to watch this guy pass on an almost 90 right-hand turn, in the oncoming lane with a car approaching.
My other point was mainly for selfish reasons, seeing as how I ride the road everyday and would like to avoid pitchfork wielding residents or any other fool who sees my bike and automatically equates moto rider = loud idiot who disregards the residential areas.
If I take my licks for posting on the subject then so be it, but just trying to get someone to take a minute and think about their actions.
As to taking the comment to PM, I gladly would've and LOL'd that one poster didn't take my Dani Pedrosa comment in jest.

Most of us have our local hoods to ride through - trust me, everyone near me knows who I am as I commute daily through there,so o understand the OPs concern
I have to agree with Kitestiff, a couple summers ago, I was pretty much the only guy in the neighbourhood with a bike. This year, there must be at least 5 or 6 Harley's within a block of me and 4 of them are running straight pipes. Because of these guys, I'm now getting the evil eye from my neighbours who naturally lump me into the same azzhat category as Harley riders.
It only takes a few people to give legislators reason to blow it for the rest of us.
