I don't usually post in this thread but this is a safety issue.
You were riding north on bayview tonight on a bike that had a top case and no working tail light (brake light and licence plate worked). Dunno if you understood what I said and motioned when I passed you in the right lane.

I see this same guy almost everyday downtown, around 8:05AM as I get out of Union Station. He comes up York St., at York and Front he rides north on University then turns left on Pearl St.
Oriental looking guy, blue Ninja bike, loud pipe, black Alpinestar jacket.
