Should I fight it myself or have someone else to do it. I don't even know how I can win this but if somehow I can how the fine decrease and have the demerits taken off I'd be happy with that.

If I do have some fight it how much am I looking at? thanks.

As noted in the other thread. Demerit points are not really a big deal. You need 15 to lose your license.

Your insurance company may care and increase your premium.

The best although it may be a bit more expensive is to hire a professional to help you out.

If you avoid the conviction then there is effectively no trace of it ever happening. You will continue to have a good driving record.

The Pluses
-No insurance increase
-No points
-Possibility of getting a way with a warning in future for having a clean record


The Minus
-Takes some time
-Costs more than the fine to hire pros (Sometimes)


If I were you I would fight it. You dont have much to lose, but lots to gain.
