NEW TMP Gate for SOAR Events

Hi Guys

Just wanted to let y'all know that SOAR will be staffing a gate just for SOAR riders,crew and spectators for the remainder of 09 season.
After fielding various complaints about how the gate has operated we (SOAR) will be changing the gate procedures for the remaining 09 race weekends.
We will have our own lane open Friday 7 am- 11pm Saturday 7am-11pm and Sunday 7am- 3pm for tha last two rounds. The gate will be well marked. Please look for it and avoid getting tangled up with the drag and MX crowd. This gate will be 100% staffed with SOAR people that are there to serve you. This way if we have ANY problems you come to us to sort it out.
Gate staff will have access to mobile credit card and debit machines to make things easier for people.
Riders will just have to show their license and fees will be waived rather than the current pay and refund system. The gate amounts, wristbands, refunds, and waivers will remain the same it is just a change in the way it is handled.
I hope this makes everyones experience with SOAR a little easier and more enjoyable.

Just got off with the telephone with Uli (TMP Owner), He has been fielding calls that question TMPs relationship with SOAR.
Like it has been from the start TMP and SOAR will be working hand in hand to impliment the changes nessassary to serve SOAR/TMP customers properly. In an inagural season in any series or sport for that matter has its hiccups and mistakes. Together we are working at identifying and solving these one at a time, and will continue to do so in the future, just as TMP did with infastructure, now we are moving on gate issues. I believe that we have built something pretty great an we are growing every round.
I need everyone to work with us. We love feedback. Please feel free to contact SOAR or TMP with any comments and/or concerns and we will do everything we can to improve our service.
TMP is home base for SOAR. We look forward to working at expansion in 2010 and have some great ideas that will make us even stronger.

Between Ken's idea's and hard work and Uli (read TMP's) commitment to improvements on the road course, for both competition (SOAR events) as well as regular track days. This has been a great 1st year for SOAR, and TMP has certainly played a big role in that. The timing system, the road course tower, the PA system, the bale bags, grooming the run off's....These are just a few of the improvements that have spawned from the working relationship between SOAR and TMP. Not to mention the top notch racing in a fun and laid back atmosphere.

It has been exciting being a part of the birth of SOAR, both as a SOAR staffer, and competitor! Can't wait till next round.
