Because kawasaki screwup something on this model 1998-2002 horizontal mounted filter you must release air or oil light will stay ON ''Loosen the oil filter and start bike. The oil should come pouring between the filter and engine block. Tighten filter'' (this is called BURP)--this is from kawasaki forum--, and I bought this bike this spring and I dont know anything related to previous problems if there is any. Honestly Im not bike expert Im nurse LOL, but hey thanks for replying

I'd really make sure the plug gaps is correct and that all your wires are seating properly.

Did you check the oil again after you "burped" it? Maybe you "burped" out too much oil... I can see the idea behind it but that sounds... wrong. Couldnt you just fill up the filter with oil before putting it on? Lots of things have horizontal mount filters and ive never heard of having to burp them...

Could it be that your oil and plugs are OK and the problem is the connection to your fuel tank? I assume you had to remove it to get at the plugs. Check the fuel lines and any electrical connections that you may have came across while under there.

    Charge your battery...

And now that I think about it I heard a low battery can cause crappy running as well. If you don't have a charger I live in hamilton and would be more than happy to lend you my battery tender for a couple days.

Hey bud, today I get brand new battery and guy told me it could be bad plug, so I check , and cylinder number 4 doesn't work I mean exhaust is cold on that cylinder, and again I get new plug take everything apart etc.. I was hope that would fix my problem but not, now it could be carbs but I have no idea how to clean carbs hahaha or something else ...
