Did not look good. Drove by about 11 P.M. Corner Hwy 7A and Hwy 12 (just north of Haugens). Bike down, looked like a black or dark blue newer GSXR 1000 (stock dual exhaust) Fire trucks, ambulance, many many personnel. Hope this is not another tragic end.

Thought so, just due to the number of EMS on scene, sure looked like a Gsxr or Busa to me, low slung dual exhaust, but of no importance . RIP and condolence to the family
I don't know what to put in the title I'm near tears this man was soo full of passion for bikes. His jaws would just be chomping when he spots a bike that makes him excited. He was a mechanic for Yamaha and a major sponsor for scooters and often times be at the Timmies meet on Thursday. RIP Chris.
Just found this and I know Chris is from that area around Haugens. Though he's definitely not 20 years old or young looking more 40 and above.

"I just received a terrible phone call and I'm in shock. Our very own Chris Anderson died in a motorcycle accident last night. I am totally in shock and don't know what to say. This is just such a horrible thing, I feel sooooooo bad for his wife, I cannot imagine how she must feel right now. This is so sobering and awful.
We need to pay Chris some respect on Saturday with a few minutes of silence.
May you rest in peace Chris.
I do not know any details so please do not ask....."

it has been confirmed by Yamaha that it's my dear friend Chris. sooo sad the man loved his family and full of live. He test rode practically every Yamaha bike there is out there with passion and excitement.
This is really creepy , i took my yamaha YZF 600 out last night at 10:30pm, planing to go to port perry from uxbridge.. infact to pass that same intersection, but i forgot my wallet and cut my trip short.. And im 20.
Another rider taken unfairly, Rest in Peace Chris.

can a moderator merge this thread with the Manchester July 14th thread as it's the same rider?
