Take them both to court. The worse that will happen is you have to pay it.
If the cop doesn't show you get off both.

hey guys, quick question..
2 tickets were issued to me when I was pulled over. Thinking of heading down to markham court house to pay off one ticket and take the other to court. I am wondering if its possible to actually do this; pay one and take other to court?
Thanks in advance

Fight'em both. Same time investment, double the potential benefit to you.

If they are two discrete tickets then yes, you can deal with them separately.
