Hell Yeah. Guy was asking $5,500 at first which was the avrg. price for 929's at the time. This was by far the cleanest 929 I looked at. If it wasn't for the high km's I couldn't of talked him down.

My emotional side say yes, my logical side say HELL NO!

I spend way over the init cost to rebuild the engine and it still have many small little problems. But when I take a corner feeling the pipe dragging the pavement (the pipe cost almost 1k), it worth every penny!

Yes, learned a great deal by rebuilding it despite investing over $1000 and a year of time before it was streetworthy.
Grouch your my hero, I've always wanted to do that with either an old bike or car, just can't do it though... the first and last try was an '84 Olds Cutlass Supreme Sedan, I'm still paying for monthly repairs for it at a local garage

Guess some of us just aren't very mechanically inclined... basically I stink with fixing anything by hand!

It was a steal! I should still be able to ride it for another year and sell it for what i paid for it initially. Buy a bike, ride it for 3 years then sell it for what i paid for it??

    ZX10R FTW!
