    Supermoto school?

This is a question more for reciprocity than anything but I figured I would post it incase anyone else was thinking about it. Anyways is there going to be another date this year for the supermoto school that was at Shannonville earlier in the season? I think the May 9th date was postponed but I didnt see anything updates. If anyone else has insight by all means I would love to hear some information.

    Thanks

No new school dates as of yet, but if you're interested, I'd be happy to spend the day working with one or both of you to help get you up to speed.

If you've got a couple friends interested I can work with up to 5 riders at a time.

Any more and I'll see what I can do about enlisting help from Doug Beattie or Jessie Morgan.

PM me and we can sort out the details.

I'm kind of a noob, but I figure it's a great way to get up to speed (so to speak). Count me in on anything that you guys get going.

I'd be up for this. Let me know of a date and I will be there as long as it isn't while I'm down at the Gap (July 18th - 25th).

Assuming it will be newbie group I would go for it as well, depending on the gear requirement etc. Although, I am still breaking in my bike ... LOL

I've always wanted to take the FAST course at shannonville but I work every other weekend so a lot of the time my schedule doesn't sync up. If this school were to fall on my days off I'd for sure be interested.

Reci, if the economy improves and your offer stands for next season (so I can actually GET a half-decent sumo setup) I'll have to get in on it.
Was there the possibility of renting a bike for the formal school?

Alright gentlemen, I'll be cagin' it from E-dot to Don's place and to the track from there. I can give rides to up to two people, but..
    1) On the way back to Canada, I'll stop at a Wal Mart to get Rotella and ST filters.
    2) I call dibs on 3 gallons of Rotella (they should have lots of that though), 4 ST 7317 filters and another 4 to fit a Rio 5 and 4 to fit a 95 TD Jetta.
Post it up if you need a ride.

    Fire,

did the economy improved so much so quickly that you were able to get your sumo setup already? LOL

Good to hear you are ready to go.

Still too crappy for me to buy/maintain a bike/trailer. However, I might as well get a head-start on the basics

Here's a review from someone who's done it. You don't wanna do this... It's horrible.. They make you go fast even where the track isn't straight, you hit the dirt on slicks and you even get to jump! Do you really want to turn into a supermoto-riding hooligan? Riding a Vespa or an e-bike down Queens Quay is so much better

    K,

    That's 4.

Saturday's are the best option as there is the least traffic at the track.

so, pick a date, I'm pretty flexible right now.

I may have a bike available for rent if someone is interested and is without a bike.

    Re: Supermoto school?

Don't worry about me.. Right now I'm saving up the cash for bike/trailer/gear and I've already been out there once while zacm7 hasn't... Did I say bike/trailer/gear? I meant Vespa/lattes/beanie+khakis

    Edit:
Here's an areal image of the track.. Horrible, eh?
