Yup miles of sand/gravel at the moment. Its fine from the top down to the bridge and then its sand from there pretty much all the way to the 50 zone at the lake. From there down they have filled the pot holes (not real well)

Yeah, he was riding behind us and passed my group. I had brought a group that has never been up there so i followed him for a while on my gixxer 1000 then I eventually let up when I started to lose my group. We met him at the top and he was saying that I houldnt feel bad that I "lost" to him because he had been racing for 10 years. I scoffed and just politely smiled since he couldnt pull away whenI was following him. Then we met a very nice 71 years old on a mint KTM RC8, what a pleasure to listen to.

we did a group ride there aug.23, road is fine. we rode back and forth
