Exactly - if you have a significant other that is coming to the track all the time and is wondering why you love it so much, then invite them to try it out in this new program

Nope! It's a mix of distilled water and a lubricating product called water wetter, that basicly replaces the lubricating properties found in antifreeze. I've found the bike will actualy run 8-10c cooler with WW in the bike. Won't do it any harm at all, just remember to go back to antifreeze or over the winter, or just leave the system empty. (not always best in a high humidity environment)

Canadian Tire and follow the bottles instructions, think it's 4 caps per litter. The stuff is pink and in the automotive department, should be good for 4-6 full system flushes.

When your doing it empty your system out, fill it with the hose, run the bike for 2 seconds, empty again, repeat this 3-4 times until all the green stuff is gone. And finally using distilled water and the correct mix of coolant fill the system back up, then start the bike, top off the coolant and fill the reservoir to the appropriate level. Should take no more than 20 min.

Or since you are in Hamilton, you could shoot over to Sturgess Cycle...and all of the guys behind the counter have done Cayuga trackdays, so you could get some info from them as well

I spoke with Vanessa at TMP and she said that the site has not been updated yet (and that it should be updated sometime next week). Thus, I don't believe you can sign up until then.

riders will be grouped based on their speeds
We always preach that you ride within your own abilities, there is no race here

please keep the off topic chatter of who is faster than who in another thread, I almost missed this question. I want to make sure I answer all the questions that are posed to help make this new school a sucess.

I was talking to the Wifey last night, As she's a SOAR Marshall and comes to the trackdays she sees the speeds done on those days.. She's a street rider and has never done track speeds..

With the high student to instructor ratio will the riders be grouped and the speeds progressed at the riders comfort levels ? Fast lap times aren't her concern.. She's just interested in seeing what it's all about..

Just wanted to say well done to all involved. This sounds like a nice fit between street and race. Should help alot of people to transition to the track. I think there are alot of street riders that want to try the track but either feel intimidated or dont want to get into a full performance school such as ARC or FAST.
    Again well done.

No. Both RACE and SOAR offer their own schools for licensing riders.

So they don't offer track educate, safety, entry or exit or anything like that ??
Arc and fast are schools that RACE and SOAR will accept as proof of knowledge. Where you learn more about ability. I was wondering if this school is also a credit towards say a soar licence like the actual soar school
