I think that with many people using now mobile devices to browse websites on a go, mobile version of the forums, would be a big plus+

I have no problems using the site ,perhaps its a settings problem with your phone.
I have a winmo phone and I use Skyfire and Opera as my browsers, Skyfire most of the, because it's identical to browsing with my computer.
I browse this site all the time on my iphone. No issues. Just like my web browser only smaller.

I love my iphone! best digital device I've owned. Of course I've been a Mac guy for many years so the integration I love with my home and work comps. I have a few friends that have just switched from BB to the iphone and love it. I just like that it replaces all my previous media devices MP3/movies/web browsing/gps maps etc. The camera sucks compared to the sony Erickson I had previously but the screen is gorgeous and movies look fantastic on it. If I wasn't on contract at the moment with it I would have jail broke it so I can load anything I want but at the moment I have no need or desire. I'm really looking forward to version 3.0 of the software as it should add a bunch of nice features that people have been asking for (copy/paste was my only pet peeve with current software).
I am usig an iphone as well, no issues what so ever, just the pain and fact of having to zoom in sometimes to click the correct buttons, check out some mobile compatiable websites. Thy are a treat

Here is a step by step guide on how to create a iPhone compatible website.
Step One
Visit http://intersquash.com/ Enter your RSS Feed URL and chose a Website Title
Step Two
Your New iPhone compatible URl created, you can choose to upload iPhone icon or proceed to the final steps
Step Three
Copy the generate script and insert the script between the <head> </head> tags of your website.
Your iPhone optimized site is done !

I browse this site on by Blackberry Storm and used to Browse it on my 1st Gen Iphone back when i had it. Works fine. VERY slow on the regular BB browser though. Opera is MUCH better. A WAP version tends to be faster though.

I am all for a mobile version too. It seems like browsing forums regularly is awesome, until you actually try the mobile version of a forum. It's night a day. I use RedFlagDeals on my IPhone and the experience is so much more pleasant with the mobile version.

Mobile versions of websites are much, much nicer to use than no mobile versions. I don't care what phone you are using, there's not enough real estate to see pages the way they were meant to be seen without offering a mobile version. Reduces the number of clicks and scrolling to do normal stuff too.
Sort of agree. Mobile phones with HVGA displays and a good browser are a joy to browse on.

New format is terrible on bb browser (borderline unusable). What are the chances of a mobile site being launched?

Not on my BB with webkit browser- it's beautiful. Wait for the webkit upgrade for your BB.
