Felipe, you should definitely fight it. A suspension will be a nasty mark on your insurance record. Considering the seriousness of the whole situation, I'd hire a reputable paralegal firm. My personal recommendation is to go with Redline. Check them out at http://charged.ca They are very experienced and used to dealing with difficult situations. They handled my 2nd last ticket (I'm handling the most current one) and it involved a cop who was known as a "scripter" and who did show up. Still working with a clean record
