WTB: Cruiser - 400 to 750 cc

I'm helping my dad look for a cruiser.

Wants something between 400cc and 750cc. Will not go higher than 750, and really no point below 400 as he has a 250cc right now.

Not picky on age. Must be in good shape. No projects.

Budget is below 5k. Doesn't need to be certified, although I'd expect the price to reflect its condition.

Prefer the bike to be in the Guelph/KW area, but would travel for the right deal.

Found a mint condition 500cc cruiser for $600 that will need nothing to safety, has low mileage and did I mention its near mint!
