    Sidi Vertigo Corsa's

I just got these in yesterday. All I can say is WOW.

Fit - true to shoe size. I wear a 10 - 10.5 and the 10's (44's) were perfect. Inside, they're perfectly pre molded for your ankle. There's little grooves and valleys for where your ankle bones are so the fit is nice and tight.

The over the instep strap works like it should. Because the boots fit nice and snug, it's just another way to make sure your foot doesn't move inside the boot.

Calf adjustment is excellent. They are pretty much at their tightest wihtout having anything tucked in, but I have relatively small calves. With a 1 piece they're great.

Weight - lighter than my Daytona's.

Quality - the leather is top notch (edit: guess it's not leather). Nice and thick, and even with no break in they're nice and soft for walking.

Overall, very impressed. Looking to break them in over the next few weeks. Hopefully won't crash test them.

I got a pair from New Enough last fall for $299us.. I agree with the OPs opinion, Except be aware they are not leather.. They are "Lorica" which is a synthetic Leather.. It's claimed to be more abrasion resistant than leather..

They make for a very comfortable street boot. I'm still leaning towards the Dainese Axial Race or the Daytona Evo Sport for the Track.

From one Blue Power Ranger to another, Alpinestar makes excellent gloves:
    GP Tech

GP Pro (technically a "step down" in their line but still an excellent glove and more comfortable than the GP Tech, IMO -- I've got both)

They have come out with gloves now. I seen a review in sport rider magazine.

These boots are garbage, you wasted your money. Hope you enjoy twisted and broken ankles because that's what you're looking at if you go down in that trash. Can't believe people spend that kinda money on Alpinestars and Sidi boots when they are quite plainly inadequate compared to other stuff on the market.

I have a low cut version of these. I love them, but yours are uber sexy, dayum.

Be careful with the spinning clip thing, the pin in the middle slides out on both of mine.

Love the boots! It's true that your ankles can move inside if you twist your ankle around which isn't good but it saved me from a broken foot from last years accident(better than runners). I'm definitely saving up for a pair of Daytona Security Evo for my next riding boots, too bad they cost an arm and both legs!

Lego will dominate the stock market if the love affair with Sidi's continues.

These boots are great, a lot of pro racers wear them so I'd trust their EVERYDAY RACE USE over some knob ranting away on the net.

    Re: Sidi Vertigo Corsa's

Are these boots comfy from the get go or do they need some break-in?
    How's the adjustment working out?
I am interested in the women's version the "lei".
I have the older B1 (entry level boots from Sidi) and have had no issues with them for the 2 years I've owned them, just needed a slight break-in around the house before riding with them as i wasn't used to this type of boot.
