I have a really small size limit when uploading pictures. This is biggest that I can get without receive an error message.




How come I see some pics in threads that are full page??
What's the trick? It's not in the FAQ section.

You can post them up on a free hosting site like imageshack or photobucket and provide an image link between [|mg] and [/|mg] ("|" substituted for "i"). Here's what it would look like..

Go to the pic, right click, select properties, highlight and copy the location of the pic, p0st between the IMG tags as noted above and voila

... or select the IMG Code from photobucket (link will automatically be copied to your clipboard) and paste into message - no need for use of "Insert Image" function.

Forget PhptoPhucket ImageCrap and other junk, Google Picasa Web Albums are the way to go.

You did OK on this one, I can even see it on my Blackberry. I use "copy image location" too. Album-provided links don't work because they don't end up with the .jpg extension so board software does not recognize them as links to pictures. I'd like to be able to post the clickable thumbnail though...

I don't remember if I mentioned the geo tagging feature. Most of my pictures carry the exact geographic coordinates of the place they were taken at embedded in them (easy to do if you carry a GPS when you take pictures). Google picks that info up and displays the location on the map right next to the picture. I'll never have to answer the "Where is this place?" question again
