My son and I shop at the Innisfil location of Royal Distributing. We've been customers there for quite some time. I must commend them on their wonderful customer service. They are professional, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help us find what we're looking for. I can't tell you the number of times they've been able to help my son when it comes to ordering bike parts. They've never let us down. We used to shop at a competitor until we found Royal and we'll never go anywhere else again. Brenda, one of the managers there, always goes out of her way to make sure we are completely satisfied with our shopping experience. I have recommended this store to many friends and they have had the same positive experience when shopping there.
