Front forks are different.

How can you tell the diference between suzuki gsxr 600 and 750 2006 by looking at it?
Front forks are different.
The sides of the tank has decals on them
depends what gen?
What year are you looking at? The motor # is different, the forks/swing arm are different...

If you know the colour schemes they used, and the bike is stock, that's the easiest way. (except blue & white)
Next, the forks (stock) on the 600's and 1K's are brass / gold looking. All 750's come with the fork tubes painted black.
if you can't see the decal on the seat cowl, there's not much else.
same thing with the '08's and '09's.
I know by color scheme, did not know about the fork thing will have to look into that i know settings and setup is all the same you can swap motors in my 05 600. no problem and I would think you could do that in other years also.
If your gonna do stupid stuff you better be tough
I see now!

Forks on the 08+ 750 are the same as the 600.
No more nice nitride coating.
For the newer models it's pretty much colour that sets them apart visually.
How about engine, and what rpm should it roll at let's say 1st gear at 40kmh if it was 750.
Thanks!!!
For the 06/07 GSX-R 600/750 they use a different tach, the 600 has a red line of 16,000 and the 750 has a red line of 15,000. That's the easiest way by far to tell them apart. I'm pretty certain that the tach is still different on the newer version.

Maybe 2000rpm, if that.
No they aren't the same. The 750 has black forks, while the 600 and the 1K are bronze / gold / nitride, whatever colour it is:

I'm talking about 2006 only.
Maybe 2000rpm, if that.
Are you sure, or you think that should be?
Thanks for your info, and any more info on diferences ,I appreciate it
Ok, let me know.
Thanks!!
Hey Banned it your bike must be running a turbo with a supercharger and a 400hp shot of nos to run that kinda gearing to get 300 kph an hour out of first gear 2000rpm=40 so 15000rpm=300 you must be running a 34 front and the stock 45 rear sprockets.... I guess a popping a wheelie is a hard thing todo on your bike...
With stock gearing an 06 750 should be about 4500rpm in 1st gear
and an 06 600 should be about 5000rpm or so
aways looking to ride, starting from Edmonton to?
