    507 & Calabogie Roads

For those that care 507 is in pretty good shape. There was a little bit of sand in the middle area where they had hard-topped it last fall.

Calabogie Road is in reasonable shape but has some sand and some frost heaved parts.

I'm sure you can toss out my previous message. I got 4 to 6 inches of snow in Mount Albert.. I bet 507 and Calabogie got worse and now have lots more salt and sand.

    It's never too early!

I met of with serveral other V-Strom owners in Bancroft. I got in about 750 kms, one of the guys came from around Hamilton and got in almost 1,000 km.

I only got TWO bug splats for the whole ride!

I already have over 1,000 kms on my FJR and I am up in Gravenhurst, but that was last week....
