I purchased a battery from Cycle World Superstore about 8 months ago for my cbr.
The battery came with a one year warranty.
To make a long story short.....the battery failed last week and I took it back to the dealer who proceeded to charge and load test it.
The battery was defective and John replaced the dead battery with a new one.
Some dealers might not honour the warranty (citing owner abuse, ect) but Cycle World Superstore stood behind their product.
Anyways I just wanted to share my experience.
I've seen a lot of CW bashing on the forum. I've been in a few times to see Kieth about gear for myself or the kids. He's always, and I mean always gone out of his way to accommodate me, and chat about the kids racing. I've always received call backs on stuff I've enquired about, and, if I can, I buy the stuff. They're spending a bunch of money renovating ( I was in the other day) and the place is loaded with new gear. We need stores like this in TO and people like Kieth. It makes it pleasant to do business.
