Plenty long runs in the near future. Thinking about an over night ride to Ottawa for the Victory day long weekend through Calabogie. Then there is the Washington DC trip end of May/beginning of June (not sure whether taking the car or the bike yet, and going through Pennsylvania of course). Something else in August or September.

There are a lot of choices for food. You had the PHO, there is Korean BBQ, Suhi, hotpot, and Thai Food (real spicy and salty) etc...just use your imagination!! York Blvd at East Beaver Creek at HWY 7 has nice desert too. My favorite lunch place is Congee King at 1st Markham place.

there's one thing i didnt do much yesterday..eat. thats my fault. ride after pho...hmmm....good but towards the mississauga part 4 guys went left and 4 guyz went right.

all in all, a good use of 22 degree weather..well except in wasaga lol!
