Hamilton & Stoney Creek Area Riders....ASSEMBLE! (2009 Edition)

    Hey to EVERYBODY,

Mainly the Stoney Creek, Hamilton and Surrounding Area...even grimsby .

This is my second season riding and second season posting this thread to get the old and the new riders in the area back out on the roads again.

Main meeting spots seem to be...

    1)Centennial & Mud (Tim Hortons & Wendys)

2)Lower Centennial & Arrowsmith Rd (Tim Hortons & Pioneer - Across form Home Depot)

3)King St & Caroline (Tim Hortons South-West Corner)

Hopefully we can all use this thread to organize group rides and/or meets.

I don't drag my *** off the rack until about 11am - noon, and this doesn't get going until next week:

Post something up, afternoonish, or later. Try and use either of the 2 Centennial spots to meet up if you like.

So who got pinched on the airport by-pass today? Coming & going saw two bikes get burnt there, and there was a ton of po-po everywhere I looked around Haldimand.

And anybody know what's up with 679-BIKE? Their sign was down.

Much thanks to Nick I think his name was who gave me cover with his SUV and put on his 4 ways for me when my bike quit on me on the Linc.

Had to push the bike all the way from there.

Now 2.5km isn't that far...but man pushing a 400+ lb bike, and there was a fair bit of grade I had to over come there... Anyhow.. Now I gotta figure out what's wrong with the bike.

Ahahah fixed it in 30 minutes man. LOL... Was a bad connector for the alternator to the battery... So battery wasn't charging. Then when it died so did the bike lol. I never saw this before cuz I always had the battery tendered...

I am actually tempted to come down man. I am itching to ride anywhere
