You guys dont even know what you are talking about. The "starter kill relay" is exaclty that, disables the starter from running. Meaning you cant push the start button on the bike. It is not a relay for killing the engine. Unless you wired it yourself to the kill switch....

Only bad thing it did on my bike was shut off my headlights when 14.6V was reached from the charging system, other than that it did as the name suggests. People are just paranoid. The only way I can see this unit shutting off the engine is if for some crazy reason the person wires it into their ignition.. lol
