    2 different insurance companies

    Hope soemone can answer this.

I have 2 cars(under my name)... 1 car is my own (only me) and 1 has 2 names on it and I am also signed onto that policy...
Question is if my other car gets in an accident (at fault) will it affect my policy? And if it did happens and I decided to change companies will it affect me or if I get into trouble (hope not) will it affect my other policy?

Any facts because I don't want to mess around with insurance.. Thanks

If you are signed under the policy then your insurance will be affected by any claims made on that vehicle. These claims will last the usual 6 years and follow you around if you change companies.

I royally screwed up my parents insurance when I was younger and a secondary driver on their cars.
Wow, I didn't know we'd become such good friends, because if we had, you'd know that I give **** before I give favors and I don't even give my best friends **** so your chances of getting a favor are pretty ******* slim. - Go
