How many Supermoto people here.....

A 450 would be sweet. I've heard some rumours about a DRZ450 fuel injected, I think they may be available in Europe now....not 100% on that though. What do you ride now?

I had a '05 DRZ400SM a couple years back. I loved it!! Was great for zipping around Toronto, so lightweight and flickable. I now have the Duc Hypermotard. Not a true supermoto but I wanted more top end power. I wish the Husqvarna's were street legal here.

I have an FZ6 simply for the fact that I do alot of highway riding on 400 series highways (from Petawawa down to Simcoe near port dover at least once a month)
On the track I race a yzf 250, which is why I would love a supermotard, I like the way they sit and how easily you could tear up the streets with one.

They have street legal Husky's....510 I think? I seen 1 near my house red/white..... The Duc would be nice, tons of power there. Hopefully one day I'll step up to a KTM Super Duke insurance will kill me now so DRZ it is.

They have street legal Husky's....510 I think?

You probably saw a TE510... The TE line (enduro) is street legal (250, 310, 450, & 510) , but not the SM line (at least not that I'm aware of, I could be wrong)... I've heard it's relatively easy to convert the TE to SM (but not the other way around).

Dirt wheels won't fit with the SM radial caliper, hits the spokes because of the 21" wheel, suspension is much stiffer and slightly shorter, the TE is easier to convert to an SM.

08 and newer 450/510 SMR have a shortened rear swing arm which does not have the needed clearance to mount an 18" rear wheel/knobbie, in addition to the issues with a radial brake caliper on the front and it's compatibility with a 21" spoked wheel and the fact that the SMR's are sprung stiffer then the TE's which makes for a harsher trail ride.

There is a few things done to it. Not the usual sm stuff though.

I still have the stock light. Pretty much the only thing you will find that is brighter and still looks like it belongs is HID in the stock reflector. And those don't even work all that well.

Got any pictures of it? Never seen a 150 supermoto, I know the CRF 450 motard is huge in the US. Where do you ride it? Race I guess?

So far I only road it once at Batavia the day I got it. It's not a street bike, so tracks only.

CRF250R (track only)....I did have a DRZsm for the street but found it not so enjoyable on the highways.
