As an asian dude who grew up in a high school full of ricers, I gotta give props to that guy.

As an asian dude who could never afford to rice up even a civic myself, I have to pretend that it's not cool. What a ******.

Seriously though, what's the point of importing a RHD if you can't show it off a little? It's like driving a Porsche and never redlining it. Of course, I haven't redlined my R6 yet. But you know, I'm scared. Whatev, my mom thinks I'm cool.

Funny.. every time I have raced an import, this is the same thing I hear from the owners....

(either that or "my vtec controller isnt working", or my intercooler hose fell off, etc etc)

Nah, I've actually driven it. If you try to mash the gas it goes no where. New clutch is on order.

But I know what you're saying lol.

There are fast imports, but the rub when dealing with them is that everything is so highly stressed that its cycle of chasing one problem after another.

The guy i raced cars with in Edmonton owns a nissan/datsun shop.
He has a crazy Skyline, the engines easily make 6-700 hp.
I've seen a 240z with this motor, you wouldn't touch it with any bike.
    Here's a quick run by a Skyline.

That is not just the import crowd.
One of the guys I race with likes to wear a T-shirt covered with numbered excuses.
When you lose and come into the pits... just pick one.

My favorite is "I'm saving the motor for ..... " Well then WHY are you in THIS race then???

Never thought of that before... no rule against that!

I'll never be stuck in the driver side drive through anymore! Queueing up is for suckers!

    That would be fun... lol

Regarding timmies drive thru on a bike, my friend usually gets a coffee, then has them put it in a plastic bag, tie the top, and put that in the brown bag, and put it in his coat facing up.

This is more like what he needs, except for coffee (and for a motorcycle):

I enjoy listening to the radio at a reasonable volume from nine to eleven.
