Hello from Toronto! Been hangin around this site for quite awhile, lots of great info on here! I finally got my M1 yesterday...could someone make April come a little quicker so I can take my M2 course already!! Any new riders going to RTI this spring?

hey squid thanks for the congrats! I've done research on the cbr gsxr and r6 and decided that the gsxr600 would be the best choice for me. I don't want to go over 600ccs (for insurance purpose) so I'd have to rule out the ninja! Although thats what I uesd to want when I was younger! Oh well, times change hehe. I will have tons of fun at the M2 course don't you worry!

I don't get why you had to rule out the ninja? if you are looking at SS bikes the ZX-6 is a 599cc bike (under 600), unless you were looking at the ninja 650? in that case it would be in the same catagory at an SV650....yes they are more cc, but they are a totally different bike....and IMHO a more friendly starter bike for sure.
