ad banner on top

is there anyway of adding a left / right scroll on that so i can flip thru the ads?

I know it randomizes every time I load the page, and that is fine but the addition of the scroll would be nice.... i was posting something and saw something I wanted to read more on, forgot which one it was ... and I posted and had to refresh a few times before I saw the ad again. Having the scroll button would have made it easier AND probably saved you guys a few bytes on the per month download because I had to refresh a few times, if it can't be done no worries ...
