Avi has moved on to doing commercial business insurance. He still works at the office.

So he can't even give people a call back, eh?

I said I was not renewing with Jevco last year and still received a policy package with the insurance slips. I also received several letters asking for overdue payment and threatening to report me to the collectors. I finally got ahold of Avi and he asked me to fax him a copy of the letter. Never heard from him after that although fortunately I checked and it didn't look like any reporting was done.

I received ANOTHER package this year for the same bike (sold last spring) with insurance slips, etc. I left Avi voicemail and never heard back. Obviously, like you said, he's still in the office but I guess he's wiped his hands completely.

I have to say. I like dealing with people who provide you the same level of service whether you are coming or going. You never know...someone may come back. But in this case, definitely not.

Hi Avi, who should I contact in your office now about bike insurance? I got a renewal package from Jevco but just wanted to ask about the quote to see if it could be less (seems to be same as last year but I thougt I read somewhere about rates generally going down a little).

Call and ask for Shane or Corey.
Personally I've been talking to Shane but that's because I called and got a policy started up before Corey was introduced and I feel it's good to keep talking to the same person as much as possible when I have questions/concerns.

Send some business cards with renewals Corey. Tons of people ask me for advice on motorcycle insurance when they see I'm a rider myself. Word of mouth is best advertisement. I had few of Avi's and they went in couple of days.

Is the 5% multi line discount now in effect?

If so would you be able to get that applied to 2 policies(husband policy + wife policy) in the same house hold or would both bikes need to be on one policy?

The 5% discount is now in effect. The discount does not say it needs to be on the same policy. Just multiple bikes with the same address.
