I had my newly purchased bike on my way back down to Toronto from Montreal today when i got a screw in my tire and had to pull over at Valleyfield, QC. Being a Sunday, nothing was opened and nobody spoke a word of English. I had my buddy call Chris and leave a message on his phone. He was quick to respond and when I told him that I was working on getting the puncture seales he was very nice, telling me that he would put us in priority as other people also needed his services. He waited for my call and ended up calling me back to ask if we still needed help. I was able to fix the puncture but I was very happy with Chris's concern and professinalism. I would definitely call him if I ever run into any problems again. Thanks Chris
