Um because as I was signing someone said how many beers have you had, and I said 9, ya it really confused me.

My Wife and I will make a point of signing this petition. What a STUPID piece of legislation 117 is! Whats next, leglislating you can only transport children in cars mid-size or larger?

What about the other law, bill 213

The catalyst for the this bill was started by a mother that didn't want her child going for a ride on her ex husband's bike.

So, parents arguing about if their child was old enough to go for ride has caused this whole mess.

It now stands before the justice committee and hopefully will die there as most private members bill do..
