ya, was out for a bit. This temp supposedly beat the record of 9.4 degrees in 1949 on this day.
It's still nice out. I'm going out right now to satisfy my itch.
just got back from the pub...it was at least as warm tonight as it was today. crazy....
still wouldn't want to take my bike out in this slop, but it's tempting nonetheless!
dang, my jacket is crusted white from all the road salt. Make sure to wash your bike if you were out yesterday!

Roads are clean but it was crazy windy. I went from DVP and 401 to the west end down the DVP and Gardiner and back. It was actually nicer riding at 6pm than early in the afternoon. Didn't see any other riders out there, glad to see I am not the only crazy one.
Winds were crazy.
Last night at 3am it was 16*C!!!! Im working on my bike, or i would be out.

Over the past month, I've been able to squeeze in five clean rides within the GTA. On these days, the ground was dry. I'm going to try for another ride tomorrow (12/29/08 ). On average, I've been able to take my bike out once per week. That's pretty good.
*footnote: I've only been riding on major roads. Since mid-November, I have stayed clear of the DVP.

Had to go for a rip in the Newmarket area but the wind was killer, still its great going out during winter gives me that little boost to start doing some mod's over the winter.
The roads were spotless after all the rain and wind we've had in Niagara. Sunny and 4C, I'll take that any day.
Saw 3 riders in Oshawa today(29th).
