problem with my clutch cable. 02 r6

hey guys i need some insight please. the manuel doesn't seem to help.

i have a 2002 r6

just bought a set of CRG levers and am having some trouble with the install.

the brake side installed with no problems, but i'm now trying to install the clutch side and here's where i'm stuck.

when i pull the clutch in, it doesn't rebound anymore. i also had to take apart the high/low beam/horn/signal assembly inorder to get to the bolt and screw which holds the lever in place. I am also having problems putting the assemly back together with the two halves lining up flush.

if you have any info that can help me resolve the problems please speak up!!

I put a set of pazzo's on my 02 R6 and didn't have any prob's. Did you take the little sleeve out of the old lever and install in the new one?

thanks! that was my problem, didn't think i needed it because the sleeve didn't fit on the brake side.
