Valves always tighten up. Thats why all the threads for "My bike is ticking I need a valve adjustment" are generally wrong. As the engine wears the valve wears into the seat. Which in turn eats up the clearances. Seeing as you already have to pull the cams to adjust the two that are tight. I would go ahead and give the rest some releif as well as they are right on the cusp and will likely tighten further.
